For your convenience, payments can be made directly through our website at the time of booking. We also accept payment upon completion of the service, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover allocated staff and scheduling costs. If our team arrives and cannot gain access to the property, this will also be treated as a late cancellation. We do our best to be flexible, and we’ll always work with you to find a new time that suits.
